Summer Vacation

We had a fabulous time in Logan, Yellowstone, and Island Park. We enjoyed seeing friends and family in Logan. It was especially fun to see my happy and newly-married friend Jenni and her husband Mike. Then, we headed north and met up with Spencer's family. We enjoyed 4-wheeling in Island Park, braved the rapids (or so I called them) on the Snake River, and Yellowstone was an entire day of adventure and beauty. We were especially excited to see two bears (from a safe distance). The whole area up there was covered in wildflowers. We enjoyed so many breathtaking sites that no one minded too much that we ran out of time to go see Old Faithful! Oh well, we'll just have to go back...

Your vacation looks so fun! I want to take our kids to yellowstone someday. We had fun at the park with you tonight, too. Come and visit us sometime soon!

Fun vacation! The four wheelers look like a blast! All the pictures turned out really cute. Email me some of the pictures of our picnic in Logan. I didn't realize this would have been Nana's 100th. I can't believe you had energy to make a lemon meringue after your trip!
WE had fun seeing you this past week.
